Mr. Richard Molosiwa has been the Managing Partner of v-HR Partners since March 2010. He previously worked as the HR Director at Kgalagadi Breweries (Pty) Ltd and as the HR Manager for Barclays Bank Botswana. His areas of expertise include performance management, human resources and talent management.
Mr. Tauya Rugara is a senior accounting professional with expertise in financial accounting, audit planning and procedures and management of general accounting functions. He is currently the Practicing Partner and Director of Sinecure Holdings (Pty) Ltd.
Mrs. Galaletsang Maakwe is the Business Consultant and Managing Director at Oodi Sunset. She previously worked as a Director at New Era College from 2007 to 2015 and as a Coordinator for the Remote Areas Development Programme (RADP) in the Ministry of Local Government and Lands.
Mr. Nana Ntiamoah is currently a Senior Engineer: Energy at Botswana Institute for Technology, Research and Innovation (BITRI) and the Founding Partner at Ntiamoah Holdings (Pty) Ltd T/A No-Gravity Engineers & Contractors. He previously worked as a Senior Engineer - Testing (Electrical) at Botswana Bureau of Standards.
Professor Thapisa has a distinguished academic background and an extensive research portfolio that includes over 25 articles in refereed international journals, 24 conference papers, and numerous research reports. Professor Thapisa has made a significant impact on governance and institutional effectiveness in various institutions in Botswana
Mr Esfandiar Ghodrati is an author, chartered civil and structural engineer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. His focus is on supporting and uplifting communities through the institutions he has founded. He is especially passionate about education and is a strong advocate of empowering girls and women in developing nations.
Mrs Farideh Ghodrati is a retired architect. She was the CEO of New Era College for a number of years and co-founded the Ghodrati Foundation, which offers financial support to students. As a Proprietor of the College, she continues to serve as a member of the Council.
Mr. Daruosh Ghodrati joined the institution in 2012 and has grown through the ranks until he was appointed Vice President for Administration and Finance at New Era College. Daruosh is a member of the New Era College Council, a member of the Ramotswa Unified School Advisory Board, and a board trustee for the Ghodrati Foundation.
