The ICT department is committed to providing students with a reliable and innovative environment that fosters learning and growth.

Email and Computer Accounts

All registered students at New Era College receive a personal email and computer account, which are essential tools for communication and coursework. The email account is hosted on our secure server, and it allows students to receive college updates, communicate with their instructors and peers, and access important course-related information.

In addition to the email account, students are given a computer account that enables them to access college resources such as the online learning platform, computer labs, and Wi-Fi. This account is password-protected and can only be accessed by the registered student.

Please remember to bring your student card with you when visiting the ICT office for any password resets or other account-related issues.

Student Cards

Student cards are an essential tool for all students at New Era College. This card serves as a form of identification for students, and it is necessary for accessing various college services. It is issued at the beginning of the academic year and must be carried at all times when on campus.

The student card will allow you to access college facilities such as the library, computer labs,and more. Additionally, the student card can be used to access the printing services available from the library.

Lost or damaged student cards can be replaced by visiting the ERP office or sending an email to [email protected]

Computer Labs

The computer labs are equipped with the latest software, allowing students to engage in active learning and hands-on activities. The labs also provide students with the necessary tools to complete assignments and research.
Computer labs are available only to students, faculty, and staff.

Wi-Fi Access

Wi-Fi access is available throughout the campus. This allows students to use their laptops, tablets, and other mobile devices to access the internet and other online resources.
For information on how to connect to the campus wireless network please visit the ICT office or the Library.

Student portal and LMS

Academic Access.

Our dedicated online platforms enable students to access course materials, submit assignments, and interact with other students and their instructors. These platforms are designed to enhance the student learning experience and make it easier for you to manage your coursework.
