The Industrial Based Learning (IBL) is a six month course at New Era College that is an essential component of our students' education as it provides students with hands-on experience in their industry, enabling them to develop essential skills, gain experience, and build confidence before entering the job market. During this period, students work alongside industry professionals, gaining an understanding of the day-to-day operations of the business.

The IBL course enables students to apply the theoretical knowledge they acquire in the classroom to real-world situations, which is critical to their success in the workforce. This experience provides students with a clear understanding of the demands and expectations of their industry, enabling them to develop essential skills and gain experience that sets them apart from their peers.
